Privacy Policy Zero Trust

Effective date: March 25, 2026  ·  Operator: NSI  ·  Service: voice-lock.com

1. Overview

voice-lock.com is a privacy-first biometric data registry. Our architecture is built on a Zero Trust data principle: we do not collect, retain, store, or transmit your biometric or personal data to our servers. All biometric processing occurs locally in your browser and all registry entries are stored exclusively on your own device.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, log, or retain:

3. Local-Only Processing

All voice and biometric analysis runs entirely within your browser via WebAssembly (WASM). Biometric entries and policy data are written to your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device through our service. You are solely responsible for the security and backup of data stored on your device.

4. On-Chain Publication (Optional)

If you choose to publish a registry entry to a public blockchain, that action is irreversible and the resulting on-chain data is publicly visible. We act only as a conduit for this user-initiated transaction and exercise no control over published on-chain content.

5. Payment Processing

Credit purchases are processed by Crossmint, Inc. pursuant to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We receive only an anonymised transaction confirmation. Your payment card details and wallet information are handled exclusively by Crossmint and are never transmitted to or stored by voice-lock.com.

An email address you provide at checkout is passed to Crossmint solely to generate a receipt. We do not retain this address or use it for any other purpose.

6. Aggregate Site Metrics

We record anonymous aggregate counters (total site visits, active user count) in a server-side operations ledger for system health monitoring. These counters contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked to any individual.

7. Third-Party Services

voice-lock.com does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, social-media tracking, or telemetry scripts. No data is shared with third parties except as described in §5 (Crossmint payment processing) and §4 (user-initiated blockchain publication).

8. Children

This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Because we collect no personal data, there is no mechanism by which a child's data would be retained.

9. Your Rights

Because we retain no personal data, standard data-subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are fulfilled by default — your data exists only on your own device and is entirely within your control. To delete your data, clear your browser's localStorage for voice-lock.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

Material changes to this policy will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
